You can get in touch with us via a contact form. The personal data you enter in the form is used to generate an e-mail and send it to us. Name, e-mail address, your message and consent to this privacy policy are mandatory fields; further details are optional. No personal data is collected or stored on our website's server for this purpose, nor are any e-mails.

When you sign up for our newsletter, we process the following personal data: data for generating usage statistics, data on the use of the website and the logging of clicks on individual elements, as well as contact data such as name and e-mail address. The purpose of the processing is to analyse usage behaviour, to send direct marketing electronically and to optimise content. The legal basis for the processing: https://automattic.com/privacy/. Data is transferred to the processor WooCommerce Ireland Ltd., Grand Canal Dock, 25 Herbert Pl, Dublin, D02 AY86 (Ireland) (https://automattic.com/privacy/). The Verein Gundeldinger Koordination ensures the confidentiality of personal data through access, entry and user controls. Our systems and application programs are kept at the latest security standard, and all known critical vulnerabilities – OWASP Top 10 – have been closed. As regards traceability, this is documented via input and disclosure logs, breaches of data security are detected, and the resulting consequences are mitigated and/or remedied.
